Trey Mamo

Mr. Mamo is a Co-Founder of EVE. Prior to co-founding EVE, Mr. Mamo was a Partner of Seaboard & Co. (acquired by ORIX, USA in 1999), a $1+ billion hedge fund focused on second lien and mezzanine debt investments, where he was responsible for the firm’s credit decisions. From 1984 to 1994, Mr. Mamo was a Partner at Peers & Co., a boutique Wall Street firm he co-founded to focus on cross border M&A. Peers completed 130+ transactions while representing Japanese buyers. Prior to forming Peers, Mr. Mamo was a member of the investment banking department of Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. (currently dba Morgan Stanley). Mr. Mamo has advised clients on over $15 billion of transactions, more than 110 of which have been in the T&L industry. Mr. Mamo holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University.
