
Trey Mamo
Mr. Mamo is a co-founder of EVE and current Board Member of Riverstone Logistics and Energy Transport Logistics. He has advised or invested in more than 130 transactions, representing $8 billion of transaction value, in the T&L space across 40 industry verticals. Prior to co-founding EVE, Mr. Mamo was a Partner of Seaboard & Co. (acquired by ORIX, USA in 1999), a $1 billion hedge fund focused on second lien and mezzanine debt investments, where he was responsible for the firm’s credit decisions. From 1984 to 1994, he was a Partner at Peers & Co., a boutique Wall Street firm he co-founded to focus on cross-border M&A. Peers completed 130 transactions while representing Japanese buyers, more than all other U.S. firms combined. Prior to forming Peers, Mr. Mamo was a member of the investment banking department of Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. (currently dba Morgan Stanley). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University.
