Ralston Brooke

Mr. Brooke joined EVE in 2016 and served as VP, Strategy and Acquisitions of EVE portfolio company Omni Logistics, LLC from 2021 to 2024. Mr. Brooke is responsible for managing the diligence process, commercial and business analysis, and putting together investor and lender materials during M&A processes. Mr. Brooke has worked on numerous transactions including majority buyouts, minority investments and equity recapitalizations totaling over $3.5 billion in transaction value. Mr. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
