Ralston Brooke

Mr. Brooke joined EVE in 2016 and is currently serving as VP, Strategy and Acquisitions of Omni Logistics, LLC. Mr. Brooke is responsible for managing the diligence process, commercial and business analysis, and putting together investor and lender materials during M&A processes. At Omni, he supports the M&A function while helping to manage major strategic initiatives internally at the Company. Mr. Brooke has worked on numerous transactions including majority buyouts, minority investments and equity recapitalizations totaling over $1.5 billion in transaction value. Mr. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
