Matthew Carlton

Mr. Carlton joined EVE in 2012 and served as Chief Strategy Officer of EVE portfolio company Omni Logistics, LLC from 2020 to 2024. Mr. Carlton has executed numerous transactions including majority buyouts, minority investments and equity recapitalizations totaling over $5.0 billion in transaction value. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland – College Park.
