Matthew Carlton

Mr. Carlton joined EVE in 2012 and is currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer of Omni Logistics, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing Omni’s capital allocation strategy, including all M&A activity. Mr. Carlton has executed numerous transactions including majority buyouts, minority investments and equity recapitalizations totaling over $2.0 billion in transaction value. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland – College Park.
