Harrison Snowden

Mr. Snowden joined EVE in 2025. He supports target company analysis, due diligence reviews, and EVE’s financial reporting and valuation functions. Previously, he was a Single Stock Options Trader at The D.E. Shaw Group in New York City, where he priced and traded options on hundreds of stocks, developed trading tools and dashboards for volatility analysis, and researched corporate actions to inform strategies. He also worked as a Quantitative Macro Options Trader at Citadel Securities, managing trading, risk, and P&L for metals and ETF portfolios. Mr. Snowden holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, magna cum laude, from Princeton University, with a focus on Operations Research and Financial Engineering, and has extensive experience in mathematical modeling and quantitative analysis.
