Frank Homan

Mr. Homan joined EVE in 2012 and is currently serving as Vice President, Corporate Development for Omni Logistics. Prior to joinig EVE, he co-founded two transportation companies, Longview Waste Systems and Tectrans, and served as CFO and VP Business Development for both entities. These two transportation companies grew from concept businesses to industry leaders and were acquired by internationally-based strategic buyers. Mr. Homan has also completed a variety of Project CFO and Project Manager engagements focusing on business integrations and reorganizations, in addition to advising on numerous M&A transactions in the transportation and logistics sector. Mr. Homan began his business career as a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
