Claudia Amlie

Ms. Amlie joined EVE in 2025 as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. She has over 25 years of experience as a legal and executive HR leader in various industries, in both private and public companies. Ms. Amlie was most recently the Chief HR Officer at Dental Care Alliance, one of the country’s largest dental support organizations. Before joining DCA, she served as Chief People Officer of Pet Paradise and NewDay Veterinary Care, a high-growth, premium pet care and health provider with operations across the southeast and central United States. Also, she served as an independent board member of Omni Logistics prior to the company’s sale to ForwardAir. Earlier experience includes Chief HR Officer roles at Acosta, an international sales and marketing agency, and at EverBank, a nationwide financial services company. Ms. Amlie has also served as in-house counsel and chief compliance officer for Lighthouse Partners, an investment management firm, and as general counsel and chief administrative officer of a manufacturing company, after beginning her career as a corporate and securities lawyer in private practice. She received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University and her law degree from The University of Florida. Ms. Amlie is currently a member of the board of the Jacksonville Public Education Fund. Fluent in Spanish and French, she and her husband reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. They enjoy local civic activities and travel, especially to visit their two young adult children.
