Brendan Kelley

Mr. Kelley joined EVE in 2026 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining EVE, he spent more than a decade in private equity at Warren Equity Partners and Leeds Equity Partners, where he completed over 50 transactions representing more than $3 billion in value across the business services, industrial and infrastructure sectors. He previously worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
