
Arlette Keeley
Ms. Keeley joined EVE in 2019 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. She oversees year-end tax packages, including K-1 preparation and distribution, and manages accounting functions related to EVE’s management of portfolio company operations. Her other responsibilities include distributing monthly or quarterly investor materials, preparing financial reports for both EVE and investor equity in portfolio companies, and coordinating fund flows and wire confirmations for platform and tuck-in acquisitions. Additionally, she tracks and ensures EVE’s compliance with side letter obligations for each investor in a transaction. Prior to joining EVE, she was a Finance Manager at AMPORTS, a leader in the global automotive industry with multiple locations throughout North America. Mrs. Keeley was responsible for the financials for three of its seven port facilities. Additionally, she oversaw training for all locations on the implementation of a new purchase order/AP system. From 2002-2013, Ms. Keeley was the Controller at The Florida Yacht Club. She was responsible for all financial aspects of the Club and worked closely with the Board and Managers to provide exceptional service to the members. In 2011 and 2012, she served as President of the Hospitality Financial Technology Professional First Coast Chapter located in Jacksonville, FL. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy both from the University of North Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida.
