Anne Bayley Shoemaker

Ms. Shoemaker joined EVE in 2026. She was most recently an Investment Associate at Dubin Clark (now known as Dynamic Core Capital Partners), a lower middle market private equity firm, where she supported all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution across platform and tuck-in acquisitions. Additionally, she worked closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational initiatives and support value creation efforts post-investment. Previously, she spent three years with TD Securities in Houston and New York as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate, where she worked on M&A transactions for both public and private companies in the oil and gas, chemicals, power, and utilities industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
