Will McGriff

Mr. McGriff joined EVE in 2025 as an Associate. He assists with diligence deal materials, financial modeling, and target company analysis. Mr. McGriff interned at Omni Logistics in 2023 as a Commercial Solutions analyst, where he collaborated with the operations team to cross-sell services to customers. Additionally, he assisted with the review, monitoring, and cataloguing of sales RFPs. In 2024, Mr. McGriff interned at Sweetwater Holdings in Atlanta as a real estate Investment Analyst. During his time at Sweetwater, he worked on deal origination and underwriting across all asset classes; he also supported Investor Relations by generating weekly memos on deal activity. Mr. McGriff was a member of the University of Florida 2023 NCAA National Championship golf team.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida.
