Claudia Amlie

Ms. Amlie joined EVE in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. She has over 25 years of experience as an executive and M&A and securities attorney across various sectors, including banking, manufacturing, investment management and healthcare. Prior to joining EVE, Ms. Amlie was the Chief HR Officer at Dental Care Alliance, one of the country’s largest dental support organizations, co-sponsored by Mubadala and Harvest Partners and at Pet Paradise, a multi-unit pet boarding and veterinary care company. Earlier experience includes Chief HR officer roles at Acosta, an international sales and marketing CPG agency with 35,000 employees, sponsored by Carlyle, and at EverBank, a commercial banking and lending organization with over 4,000 employees. For nearly nine years, Ms. Amlie also served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Lighthouse Partners, an alternative investment manager with approximately $5 billion in AUM. She began her career as a corporate, M&A and securities lawyer in private practice and as general counsel and chief administrative officer for a publicly traded roll-up of manufacturing and sales companies. She served as an independent board member of Omni Logistics prior to the company’s sale to Forward Air (NASQAQ:FRWD). She received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University and her law degree from The University of Florida. Ms. Amlie is a member of the board of the Jacksonville Public Education Fund and is fluent in Spanish and French.
